shows my id had 1 breach nothing else.is there a chance that this might have happened because of a automated hacking program.i checked my sign-in history,nobody besides me singed in.the only odd thing i could find was some app activity from different countries.

For me it was last.fm and nexus mods. Fortunately it wasn't pasted. So now I've got revolving door of passwords and now it's a bitch to track it. The reason I say that is because I never store the passwords digitally. Nexus was hacked by an uploader, of all things. Last.fm is music so I'm sure it must have embedded in one of the videos..
