The only reason i know of, was the focus on Uncontrollable Lust.

he was fully transformed to a woman so no trans or lbgt, what's in future is unknown to us.

yeah there's no real trans or lgbt in here it's in the genderbender side of things. which I think is skippable with the MC's involvement as far as I remember. kinda like the other outlier kinks in other well written games where you can opt out of them (waters sports, ntr of the mc, and other stuff). It's also not trying to make it a message. The use of it seems to be the literal emasculation of the husband who tried to betray and lost everything that our MC is basically getting revenge on and then adding another hottie to a erogame
