Ren'Py - My Futa Family [v0.17] [DuckWorm]

Fun! Hits all the notes that I like to see in a VN of this type: Basic but engaging story, great character designs each with identifiable characteristics (the characters aren't one note, and have motivations for one reason or more), MC actually has CHARACTER GROWTH (shocking I know), and, at least to my tastes, I enjoy the scenes. Scenes are pretty fluid and look really nice.
Honestly, the only critique I have is that there isn't much to do when not gaining affection with the girls, and keeping up with the game as it updates practically nullifies any reason to hang out with the other girls who have no additional scenes. A lot of passing time needed (school is mandatory) which can get boring in a way. Sounds in this game are pretty basic, as in, I'm 99% sure I've heard the same cum sfx in hundreds of different titles, with some outliers being that some rubbing or slapping sfx are pretty unique and mixed well with the scene. There's also no voices/moaning (gentle or loud, whatever) so some scenes can be a little underwhelming with how emotive some of the characters can be.
Overall, I'd say this game is fun, like before. Most of my critiques can be chalked up to the game not being fully released which is totally fine.

Great game, one of the best trap porn games out there that actually has good narrative and hot scenes. The writting is good and snappy and goes unexpectedly deep for a porn game like this. The characters are very charming as well.

My only complaint is that I have to replay the same routes every time a new update comes out. It takes quite some time to get to the new stuff which is bothersome when you take into consideration that each update is delivered fairly quickly (which is pleasing to see for once). it would be good if there was an option to let players skip relationship levels. Otherwise, game good.

Who the hell signs up for futa-on-trap expecting the trap to not be dominated? Anyway, this is the best futa-on-trap game in this site, there's no doubt about it. The only negative I can find is that sometimes you need to go through 5 different areas just to get to an event, but that's not a big deal.

At the very beginning, the game is fascinating and interesting, BUT soon I realized that nothing fun would happen.

1 ) The best thing about this game is different characters with unique personalities and behaviors . The scenes with the characters are fascinating, but due to the lack of choice in the key moments, the impression is very much spoiled.

2) The gameplay is terrible, you need to walk around the map and perform a huge number of tasks of the same type (talk to a character or spend time with a character for the hundredth time)

3)The main problem is the lack of real influence on the sex scenes, the MC accepts absolutely EVERYTHING that the futanari do to him.The author even laughs at this by adding a choice, but nothing happens. The character says just do it and THAT's it (sex scene with Onori on the beach)

Epic, the only cons. are that the dev is taking a little bit of time for each update like around (6 weeks) even though it looks doable in less... regardless to that each update was on time. Like the slow built up for characters but hopefully we get pleanty more conetent with some new char.

Good futa-on-femboy game — bearable sandbox, okay visuals, good writing, hot H-scenes.


Pros


Story / writing
This is a simple slice-of-life story told from an introverted femboy’s perspective. The MC goes to school, tries to socialize with a few LIs, and explores his sexuality. A big plus is the small number of LIs — each of them gets enough time to open up. Characters are distinct and mostly interesting. Pacing leans toward slow-burn.
Writing is surprisingly good: not too much “anime language,” mostly funny but capable of being serious when necessary. Dialogues aren’t boring — they serve character development rather than acting as brain-dead fillers.


H-scenes
There aren’t many yet, but what exists is hot. Most sex scenes have some buildup, are well written, and include solid narration and dialogue. There is a female LI, but her path is new and underdeveloped in this version. I’m genuinely intrigued where that route will go, although I’m worried it could turn into some kind of cuck/NTR shit.


Audio
A few background tracks for different atmospheres and some sex sounds — more than what 70% of games offer.

Gameplay
I’m not a big fan of sandboxes, but here it isn’t too annoying. The worst part is the absence of a “skip time” button. The interface is light and readable. The “different selves” idea is interesting, but it might end up being a waste of dev time.


Visuals
Pretty much standard Koikatsu, with an occasional nice artistic touch. All characters are cute and varied in body type. There’s no real animation — only slideshows.

It seemed a very fun game with very fun mechanics. Up until an unavoidable rape scene came. Even to shape your character the way you want - you have to go through very unpleasant lops. If you're not okay with being unavoidably molested and raped - you might want to stay away from this game. And on top of that there's a very annoying schedule grind.

This one has potential. I’ve been following it since it was uploaded but only just gave it my first try, and honestly I was a little disappointed.


It’s a VN with charming writing (in my opinion). Every character feels like, well, a character. The art and still images are really good, though there are some quirks here and there (and a few major ones). I didn’t get far enough to see the animations, so I can’t comment on those, but I think this could still be good even without them.

My main concern is that the game is slow and grindy. I get it—you want the slow burn to make it feel worthwhile. But after playing a few games in this style, you can tell pretty quickly if a game wants to show you something interesting or just waste your time. For now, this one just feels like wasted time. After a while, I ended up skipping the story just to confirm what I already suspected: there wasn’t much to see. Maybe in a few years the promise of good content will make me sit through the story and grind.

TL;DR: Charming writing and good potential, but bogged down by major grind.

Game is decent, but barebones and at least so far it does not look like the story makes sense with the planned future mechanics. You're supposed to have all these selves you can level up, and I suppose having them leveled up will allow you to make different choices but none of that exists as of yet and that brings some very annoying problems.

Because no implementation exists the mc is just a wet noodle, getting sexually harassed with no different way to interact with characters. If you want to have that be the game I guess that's fine, but what the hell is the point of a personality lvl up system is Onori is just going to thoroughly rape you before any choice about it even comes up?

Other characters are ok, I guess. They all suffer from this same rapey problem, but at least the MC has a reason to like them and even lowkey allow them to do their bullshit but Onori is such an unlikable character it's insufferable having to go through her to unlock Suzuki's next interaction (as of v0.15)

I might give this another try if the mechanics for different choices ever gets implemented but right now, it just kind of sucks

Although it's light on content so far, its cutscenes are quite good.
Its characters already have defined personalities, and its simple gameplay makes everything easier and more fun.
The game keeps improving, and I hope it continues to do so without any problems.
So what you see in the images and description is exactly what you'll be playing, and that's not bad.
Some people don't dare read that and prefer to leave a review that proves they're not the smartest.

Haven't played through too much of the game yet, but what I've seen is extremely promising! I like the characters, the writing is palatable (not that other games are setting a stellar standard!), the character designs are all adorable. I'm not in love with the grindy affection mechanic, but it's a minor blemish on an otherwise appealing game.

Looking forward to more, hope it doesn't fall off a cliff

As it is now (0.14), the characters are cute, the writing is middling to bad, and the content is paced absolutely terribly. Forget slow burn, there is almost no actual H in this H-game. The dev pace meanwhile matches the game, slow as a snail. Adding another character when there has been no real progress with any of the family members yet is a crime. It takes a month to add like 5 minutes of dialogue and some lazy sex "animations" (As in two pictures flipping back and forth, no actual animation here folks). God help you if it's a character you don't care about, which is likely because he is planning to have 8 characters, 9 including the twink you play as. Can't even keep up the pace enough to do 4 justice in a timely manner.

The affection system is a joke, pointless padding that tests your ability to click past the looping "you spent some time together" messages as fast as possible to get to the actual events, most of which have basically no actual sexual content of any kind. There are no actual choices in this game, so kinetic novel might be a more appropriate term, if there weren't all of the pointless grinding to mask the miniscule amount of content.

I was cautiously optimistic about this game initially, the designs drew me in, and the writing seemed like it might toy with the standard tropes a little. But in the 4 months since I started following this, essentially nothing has gotten done, and the latest two patches have fallen right into the boring tropes that all futa games use, even though the game looked like it might try for something more complex than that.

Overall disappointing and a waste of time. Make character cards as close to these as possible in koikatsu yourself and you'll have a much better time. Maybe check back in 5 years, assuming this doesn't get hit with the always looming abandoned tag.

The MC has no agency of his own. There are no choices that MC can make that affect the story in any way, so you're just pressing next and watching as things play out (he's a coward, so every interaction is him acting cowardly). There's also way too much grinding and barely any sex, for the amount of grinding you have to go through.

The pacing is realistic enough to where it doesn't feel rushed, but also speedy enough that I don't feel like I'm playing for nothing.
The characters' designs are nice, and their arcs are entertaining for the content that is there.
The location menus can be a bit of a slog to go through, especially not being able to go to any school location from within the school and having to go to the school entrance before you can leave. It's easily navigable after enough playtime getting used to the menus, but saving the clicks here and there would help so much.

The art is great, has some cute characters, making their personality, dongs and small plot twists more hot, the few plot twists are kinda hot, missing some action as expected on a game in developmant, has a very fuckable protagonist. I don't have much to complain besides the very slow progression and lack of a map (making some routes have many clicks and paired with the slow progression, is hours of clicking to navigate.

This game is excellent I love the story so far and I hope it continues to become kinkier, love to play a timid femboy surrounded by horny futa doms. I would love this game even more if there was some kind of character creation/customization element, it doesn't have to be too elaborate, even something like changing the hair color/style, but if it wanted to be more elaborate, I would love it if there was an option to change the penis size and if you make it too small it auto activates SPH dialogue.

I enjoy the art-style, story, kinks, character personalities, especially yui. Things work right, no missing scenes, and no horrendous spelling mistakes. Progression, gameplay and story/plot-wise, is reasonable. I eagerly await the next update.

This shit is peak. I only wish there was more content, I really sat there beating my shit and the game till everything was done and my dick was still hard. Its a sad world we live in but regardless its a good game, just early development.
