TLDR: A solidly crafted game which sadly squanders all of it's potential.
This review is going to be mostly negative, so let's first get the good stuff out of the way.
The renders are competently done. While the game isn't visually spectacular, everything shows attention to detail.
No pokethrough, no limbs disappearing in the floor or inside someone else, no grainy renders ... MH is very solid in this regard.
Highly subjective, but I also think the wife is pleasant to look at.
I didn't run into any bugs.
Unfortunately, that's about it, on to the criticism.
First and foremost, despite the name, this isn't really a game about hotwifing. Despite the tags, it's also not about swinging or about netorare.
It's a hard cuck game. Yes, it's in the smallprint just below the title, I know, but this is really the major theme of the game and should be more prominent.
MH is also not really a game. Maybe it's some sort of clever commentary about the cuck fetish and someone "playing" the game, but as far as I played the game, there was not a single true choice to be made. There's an "open world", i.e. a menu screen with a number of options you can pick from at any given time, but at no point is there more than one way to proceed the story. The main gameplay loop is producing videos to sell (like I mentioned, this is not about hotwifing at all), then there's a city with half a dozen locations to visit and sometimes other options as well. But all of this just serves to waste the player's time, you have to pick the ONE truly available choice.
The one exception to this "no choices" rule is that, within scenes, you can regularly decide not to do the hardest of cuck stuff ("cleaning up" after the wife has been creampied, for the most part). But no matter how often you decide not to do that, the game keeps asking you to, until, pretty far into the story, there's a psychologist appointment where you can decide you don't like it and the game announces it won't ask you to do that from then on. Until it disrespects your choice and ask you to do it again anyways.
In a similar manner, you can try (in vain) to avoid the hard cuck stuff when it comes to be humiliated by your wife and things like that, but, even if you do, she will (more or less out of the blue) come up with the idea to "cage you", you have no option to refuse and even if you ask her to remove the cage at every opportunity, you will wear it in most subsequent story events.
I could ramble on about this, but I think by this point it's somewhat evident that I'm not into cuckolding and that I'm non-plussed by the game forcing this kink upon the player. Also, the game should be more honest and rebrand itself as a kinetic novel (all the stupid menus could get removed, they're pointless to begin with).

There's no characters in this game, everyone is just a cardboard cutout that serves a function. Mostly men-shaped cutouts attached to huge genitals.
But the mc or fmc also don't really undergo much development. There's not much in terms of corruption going on, the wife is eager and willing from the get-go (at least the tags don't lie about that).
Like I wrote above, there are no real choices, which means there's also no player-development.
As I wrote in the TLDR, the game shows some potential, if it had some branches, one hotwifing branch, one extreme cuck branch, and maybe one or two others, things would be a lot better. If there was some alternate progression sometimes, where you could go to the gym OR the massage parlor OR the beach, and it'd steer the story in a different direction, the open world would not be completely pointless and things could be a lot better. And so on and so forth.
As is stands, the game is basically a series of story vignettes interrupted by an open world menu that's just filler and offering some faux choices.
