Yes, Cloptopia it was. There are actually quite a few NSFW games about ponies (most of them are just simple flash loops, though). The most anticipated and promising ones are mentioned in a post above, but they're far from completion. The best ones are made by Tiarawhy and Mittsies, imho. Ponk quest was a promising one, but the developer has abandoned it for some reason.

Since TiaraWhy and Mittsie's stuff is already mentioned, I'll assume you're familiar with the rest of their catalog. They have a lot of animations, a couple of short interactive visual novel style games that basically put you right in the action with minimal nonsense (Devious Plot), and a few actual games in there. One of the games I found interesting was FoulSorcery. You basically click through different runes to find combinations to new spells. These new spells are how you unlock new character customization options. The game is otherwise a relatively normal flash loop. I just tried re-launching it to run it, but I can't run the .swf file. I just thought that the Flash depreciation would affect websites. I didn't think they'd screw with the ability to run flash games on my own personal computer.
There's also Secret Horse Files 3 to look up. The most recent version I've found is 3a34. It's like that Mayuri game with the Bleach characters, or The Rack. It's still in development, but some builds have leaked out.
