What would that do differently that is not already happening in the existing game threads?
"Maybe if we all sign a petition, reality will shift and [that dev will no longer have a new baby in his house]*?"
* insert various "magical" fix the world changes here
- Dev goes back in time to before he had a full time job
- Dev regains interest in the story and always has energy to work for hours and hours on the project
- Dev doesn't get burned out dealing with the various crazy entitled followers
