I think Dev will eventually change some plot of the main game in order to match the change in the prequel.

The main game was stay put for too long due to unfortunate events, it is good to expand the story in the main game to make it more interersting.

We may expect a remake version of the main game.

I'm guessing as he is writing this while not able to finish main game he had to expand what happened in the past or this story would be pretty basic, also Anna had to convince Sabrina to join them in lewds but that doesn't mean Sabrina and MC hadn't been fooling around a good bit before. Even Jessica had some sort of history with MC before she got too into her own feelings and couldn't share.

Considering all the changes from MNM I am pretty sure 'forgot to correct that line' isn't the issue, its more along the line of K7 deciding to change the background of MNM to fit whatever he wanted to do with this game, their are so many deviations that it can't be merely a question of mistakes, its intended. Which is why like I said before a rewrite of MNM is a necessity, otherwise the two games won't make sense one with the other.

I think you're right. At a certain point, too many soap opera plot devices are necessary to bring the two narratives in line, making it jarring and immersion breaking.
Having now played chapter 2, I can see how Bethany's attitude changes. At the start, like with the Katharina deal, she was very laissez-faire. But now with the cousin-scare, reality hit her in the face. She seemed to have a very libertine view on sex and intimacy, even being playful about the MC discussing condom use with his girlfriends without batting an eye. But I can see her becoming a bit more conservative because of this.

As for Sabrina, it will now depend on Lea and the MC continuing their relationship and if Bethany makes peace with it. If they continue and it causes a huge rift, then I can see this impacting Sabrina a lot. Otherwise, if Bethany is fine with it, it would encourage Sabrina, making her think Beth will be fine with her and the MC too (eventually).

Yeah, or designate MNMTB as happening in an alternative timeline instead of being a straight prequel.

The main issue, narratively, is that the household is already becoming a powder keg of incest while they'll still be at the university for years. This isn't all happening the last few weeks before graduation, before they all split off to do their own thing. Katharina is the main driver of this toward Bethany and the MC, and then there are the MC's own feelings as well.
With MNM in mind, I had expected this story to have Anna as the main driving force, that she'd be the one pushing everyone together and convincing them their feelings aren't wrong. Then we'd have a conservative family and MC, with libertine Anna pushing boundaries.

Edit: In a way, rejecting everyone until Anna is there feels more canon to me.

If Dev decide to rewrite the story a bit for the main game, I definitely support it. Like someone has said, it would be worse if you try to connect the prequel and the main game by some poor drama which cause unnecessary problems.

I feel like you guys keep forgetting that the MC in MNM has no memory of anything up until the end - where he gets it back but not more is Shown or told there. Thats basically my get out of jail card because even things like age can be misinterpreted in terms of timelines etc.

I know this kinda like a cop out but its the best way to Deal with it since the prequel has not been a thing until last year and Chapter 3 of MNM has been out for a shitton of time

For me, my main worry is that this only works for the MC's perspective, not for everyone else involved. There's a certain incredulity about Sabrina waiting 20 years to have sex with the MC, seeing how strongly they already feel about each other and how much boundaries have already eroded.

But, let me nuance this by saying this is more of a worry than a full-on criticism. I think you're a good writer, so I'm betting you've already got the narrative bucket of ice water ready to douse any spark that gets too warm. Also, nothing's stopping you from declaring that rejecting Lea at first is the canon path, which would slow things down with Sabrina considerably.

I am just afraid that some shit level drama that ruin what mc got in the prequel which feel forced to connect the main game, however I believe in you to make it the best.

No drama, ever. There will be a reason the other girls have not been mentioned in the main game at all yet, some of them can already be guessed ( Lea staying in Germany, Jackie staying in Ghana etc ). No idea on how many chapters, I guess that depends on when I release Chapter 4 for the main game.
