Without seeing your application - these two come to mind, immediately:

Use different image and/or video codecs to get greater compression without significant quality loss.
Make images and/or videos smaller resolution.

Yeah this was the first things i will do it, the compression things. I am thinking about the different approach... THank you for comment btw

How big is it really?

How many mb of images / videos?

Why can't you compress them?

Image size and quality are far less important on mobile (and I for one care very little if a game is highly compressed even on desktop!)

The largest games, developed for years and years, with the most graphics of any games on this site are able to be compressed to less than 4GB. Surely you, an unknown new account holder, have not somehow built a game that is even half as large as that!

Exactly, you need to compress your images. There are free online tools that optimize your images where you can have a compression up to 80%.

there are ways to get around the 2gb limit on android if you really want. you could make the game less than 2gb by keeping images in a folder/archive which is then added separately from the game install.

the user could add the additional content by downloading it:

You must be registered to see the links

(might not be a allowed on f95 though)
or you could tell renpy where to look for additional archives and the user can put an image archive there that you supply. example how this is used for a mod: https://f95zone.to/threads/my-real-desire-epilogue-part1-multi-mod-shaddymodda.64413/post-4586627

you have to dig into the code to see how it's done or search online unless someone else is willing to explain it in more detail
