I was curious about the hype around this game when I see it in the first page in the vote ranking.

Surely not a big fan of fur, animal etc. stuff yet I'm down for a good story with good scenes.

After so high quantity of reviews, I was expecting a great game with 4-5 hours of playability with different paths, yet I was disappointed.

Of course the story is nice, fun and alluring, and the models are beautiful in their ways.

Yet I didn't find my style in this game so take it with a grain of salt.

I rarely write game reviews because honestly?

Most games don't deserve the hype.

They either get shoved down our throats regardless of reviews, or worse, they just leech off reviews for free marketing.

"My Pig Princess" is different. This isn't just another forgettable title.
It's a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

Pros:

• Adorable characters: You'll fall in love with their charm and beautiful design.
• Wholesome story: It may be simple, but it delivers heartwarming moments that stay with you.
• Phenomenal art: Stunning visuals, smooth animation, and a masterful use of color make this game a feast for the eyes.

Conclusion: Even if you typically prefer more intense experiences, "My Pig Princess" is worth a try. It's the kind of game that warms your heart and leaves a lasting impression. Something a lot of other games could try to live up to.

Many have already pointed out the positives, so I'll touch on that briefly:

The artwork is undeniably stunning, with commendable effort in world-building and excellent character design. The dialogues are well-crafted and bring humor into the mix.

Now, let's explore my primary concern: the pacing, which, in my view, doesn't align with the overall quality.

A notable concern is that the narrative appears excessively focused on catering to the main character. While I acknowledge the game's intention to maintain a lighthearted and non-serious tone, every interaction seems contrived. The immediate expression of interest by female characters upon encountering the MC, without apparent reason, makes the unfolding events feel somewhat devoid of meaning.

Another aspect that appears peculiar is the main story's emphasis on a romance with the princess rather than a harem. The princess, known for her lewd and experimental nature, takes a sudden turn by expressing openness to the MC being intimate with other girls while asserting exclusivity for herself. This deviation from her established character is perplexing, and I think a more balanced approach within the relationship would contribute to a more authentic narrative.

I'm willing to overlook the portrayal of an uneducated virgin farmer as a proficient individual in various sexual practices and tools. Nevertheless, introducing some struggle and a sense of accomplishment could significantly enrich the storyline. This is my perspective on the matter.

I was confused why this was so high rated like some other people here but I don't think I've bust a nut to a game that was that fat in a while, art is probably my favourite out of any 2dcg game I've played and the characters are genuinely likeable. There's minimal real 'gameplay' which is probably a plus for a lot of people and what is there is at least somewhat funny or engaging.

There aren't a ton of scenes but the ones that are there are lengthy and well done. I especially appreciate the amount of dialogue in these scenes given that a lot of games (3dcg ones especially), usually just give you a couple loops once you get to the good stuff, which can be fine but I can get that from googling SFM porn, it's not why I play VN's.

Anyway like 9.5 out of 10 because it's not completed but I will be waiting for the updates with bated breath.

This is such a refresing experience after seeing most of the other VNs fail where this one excels.
i could talk about the great story, characters, set-up, ambience, setting, art, music and so on but everyone has done it already.
i will instead praise the great companion for the MC. in most games it has become stable that this character has to be an obnoxius idiot who's trying to be funny and fails each and every time and you cringe everytime he appears on screen. this game is the opposite, every time he appears you welcome him, he's funny, he doesn't get in the way and instead helps the MC every time he can.

As most Ren'Py "games" I prefer to rate them not as games, but rather as VN.

This one is quite endearingly written, it's wholesome, romantic and plenty erotic.
Especially eye-catching is the vibrant and colourful art.
The multiple paths are a neat way to personalise the playthrough.
A particularly fun and diverse cast of characters makes immersing yourself worth your time.

Of course it's not for everyone, since it is furry themed, but as someone who is pretty neutral regarding that genre, I can recommend this VN to anyone who wants to experience a lighthearted and upbeat story.

This has to be the first porn game I would actually recommend to someone lmao. Don't want to repeat too much what everyone has already said, but the writing, artwork and characters are all great. First time I'm actually reading majority of the text in VN and I'm not even a furry.

That said the dev is making over 13 000€ a month on patreon so progress is of course extremely slow. Cant honestly blame him though, If I was in his shoes I would milk this project as long as I could as well.

It's very sexy with a good amount of scenes already but the most surprising thing is the writing, story and characters are genuinely fun. For reference, I don't go out looking for compelling stories here - I look for porn. Lots of people get swept up with the narratives in loads of the 3dcg games on this site but I tend to find them a pretty dull trudge to get to the good stuff. THIS IS DIFFERENT.

Seriously, the integration of story and porn is brilliant and you will enjoy the entire experience. Cannot wait for more instalments.

Oh and I don't like furry content. The art style in this is for everyone. Major kudos for somehow pulling that off. Off to patreon I go.

Amazing graphic quality, one of the best-looking 2DCG games on the site. The story is silly but it's meant to be and it's silly in a fun and funny way, not annoyingly so.
Thank god there is a rollback function though, the quizzes that the game throws at you can be quite annoying, but with the ability to roll back each wrong answer, they aren't a problem.

Incredible visuals but lacking in the plot department. This is a great game to play if you are looking for something happy and lighthearted with some really well done sex scenes. You play as a human farmer living near a kingdom ruled by pig like creatures and this is a love story between the MC and the princess of the kingdom.

The romance is lighthearted and the characters are all quite charming. Even as someone who is not attracted to characters with animalistic appearances, I found myself enjoying this game.

This is a solid 4/5 for me.

The art style is charming - I love the soft lines and brushed details. I'm not a big anthro fan, but I found this way hotter than I expected to - I checked it out because of it's high ratings and I was not disappointed.

The story is delightfully kinky-wholesome. Lots of people who are interested in sex and want to play around with the MC. A delightful combination of mutual attraction and curiosity - characters are a little shy about their interests but not wallowing in shame all the time, like in a lot of VN stories.

I look forward to seeing how it develops.

This game is an absolute masterpiece. The art is just perfect. All hand-drawn with so much detail. The story is so fucking good, unique, with great dialogues and really funny moments.

Not too much to say here. Fantastic art, cute writing, and lovable characters to boot. Even the non-h interactions are funny and/or heartfelt. The character designs are original and varied, and I get the impression the author went to school for drawing (or is a very talented amateur). Despite its incomplete state, the game just feels far more polished than any other h-game I've encountered. The artist/developer deserves props for this, and your support if possible.

This game is simply the best erotic game out there, period !

The one thing this game does better than any other one is the handling of sex scenes, they really are exciting and erotic, not just two characters fucking so you can fap to the scene.
The game achieves that mostly by integrating extra-sexual elements inside the scenes, for example a sudden focus on the eyes of Emelie in the middle of a blowjob scene.
This technique works so well ! It's unbelievable.

Other than this, the art is charming and the dialogues well-written, give it a shot, you won't be sorry !

I think what sums up this game is : light and wholesome yet kinky.

The dialogues are good but not overwritten, the art is gorgeous, sex scenes are kinky as hell, it's not grindy, the universe is funny, well fleshed out but not in a cumbersome and intimidating way.

Never played a porn game which gives such a sweet feeling.

I'd say the game has a nice lighthearted and goofy story with a female lead that is sort of a nympho though the player can influence her on how raunchy or depraved she will become. The greatest part of the game is the art which is just spectacular together with furries and some pretty good music to boot.

The only bad thing about the game when I tried it on V0.6.0 was that there wasn't more of it

Pros: Art is superb, writing is decent, Music selection is good, characters are lovely, great use of humor, and explores different kinks.

Cons: Game relies a lot on porn logic rather than actual realistic buildup. BUT, I think it matches what the game tries to portray which is a lighthearted avn so using logic can take a rest. Sadly I usually don't come back to such games but if you just want some lighthearted fun then surely pick it up.

Verdict: Play it if you don't really care about a massive plot or lore and just want to have some fun and look at beautiful things. I am gonna give it all the stars because it accomplishes everything it promises to offer even tho its not really my taste.

One of the best Visual Novels I've played, the character designs are beautifully well drawn, the way they act is perfect, dialogue is magnificent and the scenes are one of the best. Heck, if all the NSFW stuff is stripped from the game I'll still play it just for the characters, Billy is a literal sweetroll of a character personally my favorite out of the entire cast of characters. Every character was written so well I genuinely could imagine each and every single one of them living their day to day life, even minor characters such as the Gatekeepers I enjoyed reading their dialogue. Funny how I keep referring to the non-NSFW stuff but it shows how amazing it was, Visual Novels should always, in my opinion atleast, have both good non-NSFW and NSFW, if one is bad then the entire thing is bad.

Just easily the best game i've played, visually speaking.
the art is amazing, i dont care too much for stories, and the gameplay is not tiresome, you progress the story automatically in a novel fashion with decision making and the art is just out of this owrld

By far best art out of any porn game out there, on par with the likes of summertime saga. Amazing scenes and lovable characters unsure how anyone can rate this below 5/5.
