Could you explain what happened? I don't quite understand the subject you are talking about. From what I understood, the game has that feature locked in some way and you need a patch to unlock it, or it's something additional created by someone else. I hope you can clarify that. Thank you!
Alright. Patreon does not allow incest content on their site and as such will close or delete said accounts to be following their rules. This has caused the dev to (from what I know) move away/ hides proof from such content as both this and his previous games has said content with downloads being at itch but he uploads updates on patreon. Recently however his patreon account has been under review for breaking that rules so until it has been cleared the patch for the incest contents is made from a fan of the game on discord. (Keep in mind he is still developing games with said content just that any patch or link to said games are on his discord).
Thanks for explaining, but I have a couple of questions. How do I apply the patch? How does the patch affect the game? How do I access what is unlocked with the patch? Does it include any CG in any way?

Should you open the nani file with a text editor, you will see that the file is simply the original restored VN script of the bankruptcy ending containing the incest content with its own CG. The file is in chinese because the main script is written in chinese and the game follows the lines in order to load the translations on the go.

Someone already replied to u regarding on how to apply the patch, the instruction and the download so I will just answer the other questions. The content that is unlock is just the incest content and the point at which it is unlock is quite a while from the story (I recall it is just the bad ending for now). The patch itself I dont think has any of the cgs it just unlocks them from the main game (assuming).
Until it is finished it is not done!

How do i trigger battle for goatown? I already finished battle fo slusland and the mpreg potion quests but no matter how long it took i can't trigger it. Also for sime reason the porate coin in circulation in my save goes to negative number i don't know how
that explains it. i chose all but goatown since i won't have enough time if i skip white dough
