I am a huge fan of grindy games that take a while to make progress, and you have to earn the rewards.

I haven't played it, but I've heard A Wife and Mother is such a slow burn that you'll never even get the fire started.

Eushully games are renown for being massive grindfests, but those are proper RPGs so you'll be grinding dungeons, not sex scenes

i think you'd like Foot of the mountains. its the most grind i've played, amazing models and animations, but i can't recommend it if you want a story based game. it's more like crazy grind, very slow satisfying progress and *some* coherent story:
