pretty good all in all i liked playing with my kitty ig you were supposed to get ot know him or read the dialogue or something i didn't and i still enjoyed the relatively short game and had a couple spanks to it this one makes you feel the plot when you do it through and seduction takes a minute which is nice

The first half of the game is really good; a good character creator, an image gallery, lots of options and many different ways to play. Then it goes downhill in the second half, where you're forced into this weird, existential drama story and most of the options are locked to being submissive.

Then it hit rock bottom when Lithier decided to add that dogshit character, some high tier patron's OC that's supposed to be like a weredog or something (basically someone paid the dev a lot of money to add his OC to the game).

This was supposed to just be a small addition to the game, but then Lithier ended up dedicating a year's worth of updates to this dog character, that only exists to rape the players. It's really the most disgusting and trashy OC I've ever seen in a porn game.

I'd rate the first half of the game 4 stars, the second half 2 stars and the dog trash 0 stars.

The second half and the dogshit OC unfortunately ruined what was otherwise a pretty good game and brings the rating for the whole game down to 2 stars.

[1.01] My Very Own Lith is a story-heavy, sandbox-ish, text-based game that puts an emphasis on its deep and thought-provoking narrative more than its porn. If you're looking for that, great. If not, it's still decent, but not 5 stars, as these elements can get in the way of your enjoyment. Fortunately, I am the former.
To explain these concepts, there will be minor spoilers.

To begin the game, you select your species and gender, and genitalia. Additionally, you can select Lith's gender, but it will have no effect on his anatomy. I chose male, so I will be referring to him as such for the rest of the review.

The game is split up into 3 acts, each with their own endings and focus on content.

In Act 1, the game plays like a standard sandbox text game, with stats to manage and relationship scores to raise. This is where you decide how to treat your Lith, giving you 3 possible conclusions that lead directly into the next act.

In Act 2, four mostly linear routes open up, offering you a more hand-written story to follow with your Lith depending on how you built up his relationship. There are still porn scenes scattered around, but the focus has shifted towards the routes' plot.

In Act 3, all non-game over endings from Act 2 will shift into a single linear path, where the gameplay of Act 1 will be turned on its head. This one also has a focus on plot and meta topics. I don't want to spoil too much, but be warned that the game will take most of your player control away from you in part due to its linearity, which could be a major turn off for some players.

The text is written wonderfully. This is some of the best writing I've seen from any kind of literature. In fact, it's written so well, that the pacing can drag at parts where you're trying to imagine the NSFW scene and the text is over-describing what's going on in the most beautiful prose. The "Okay" prompt to go to the next text box is also rarely used, resulting in huge walls of text that feel intimidating to scroll through.

The story is also a defining feature. Like another furry text game that shall not be named, MVOL has a lot to say on the "player" of the game. Meta stories, and all that. Like the other game, it's done rather thoughtfully, but you'll have to experience that for yourself.

However, the creator has stated that the game is meant to be frustrating to find every nook and cranny of this game's art and content. While I can respect this commitment to keeping the game pure, completionists who love filling out a gallery will be left disappointed by the lack of resources online to get all the things found... except the fact that the full cheat version that includes a back button is $45/mo. Guess you'd better pay up! It's also the only version that has a name attached to it, so it can't be shared around without having Lith calling you someone else. Gotta admit, it's a pretty clever DRM system.

In conclusion, MVOL is a great game if you want incredible porn and story writing, but the experience may be bogged down by its fixation on plot and "experiencing the game the right way."

A great game that I spent hours on years ago and picked back up again. There are elements that mesh well, and others, not so much. First and foremost, this is a porn game, or is supposed to be one. My biggest gripe is the existential traumata that the game all but forces you to slog through with no real happy ending that you can achieve, only some that you can consider happy-ish.

The story of MVOL is incredible, and rather heavy. It always seems to hit you in the feels in a way that is rather ambivalent. For many on this website, the games here are for a quick fap to get your rocks off, and then go play a video game or whatever else comes to mind. MVOL is certainly not really that, as almost every time I have played it, I've left with a sense of dread and a desire to sit in the dark with a glass of whiskey and ponder life.

If you are looking purely for a porn game, MVOL does have some pornographic scenes and can somewhat provide that aspect, just so long as you don't start chasing the endings. If that isn't your cup of tea, some other great options you can play that are text based would be Trials in Tainted Space, Corruption of Champions, or Degrees of Lewdity.

As a story, MVOL has an incredible one that can really make you think. Whether that be good thoughts or bad thoughts is up to the person playing. If you aren't ready for the emotional toll this game can make you feel, I wouldn't recommend chasing the endings or the lore. An emotionally traumatic story that is deceivingly packaged behind a cute, black cat, femboy.

Hoo boy, this game is something alright, and, without spoiling anything, I'd say it's definitely worth struggling through.

That's the main downside of MVOL: it has a very rough start. You're thrown into the more sandbox-y part of the game with lots of values and actions to play around with, and you'll soon find that some actions reward you with a reasonably short paragraph while some unload a wall of text when you want keep pressing the buttons.
Really, the whole game could benefit from breaking the text apart by a "Continue" button, condensing the amount of text itself and some basic formatting. It's just that, as you progress further, the choices you make actually matter and can't be repeated, so every button pressed has more meaning than simply adjusting stats.

At least, they do for the "nice" ending. I've only played through that one, and I dare not attempt a "naughty" playthrough, because hurting a fictional character would make me even sadder than usual after what Lith dragged me through.

This game is heavy. No violence or gore, thankfully, just a sprinkle of troubled past and a whole lot of existential topics. It shouldn't work in a sandbox about fucking around with a catgirl, but it somehow does. Even through I was disappointed that the game decided to go in a very serious direction, I've soon found myself much more interested in the SFW parts. It feels nice seeing Lith develop as a character and exploring themes that aren't brought up on this level in media.

The porn scenes are sometimes good, but mostly average. These are the walls of text you will probably encounter first. Honestly, I think I got more enjoyment from being familiar with Lith than from descriptions themselves. Every moment described goes on for just too long and I wish the formatting would allow me to pick out the "important" paragraphs.
Weirdly enough, the SFW content doesn't suffer from graphomania and has much better pacing. Sure, it's also slow, because your character takes time to think, but it feels fitting, their concerns are valid, the paragraphs are shorter.

Overall, I actually felt like I had My Very Own Lilth, and I can't ask much more from a game with a name like that. It's an example of a story, where content prevails over poor form. It didn't really touch my body, but holy shit did it reach my soul.

This game is really good, cool customisations for your character and great mechanics to the game when interacting with your lith.
The game text is also interesting when you trigger an ending, its in rgb!!! Pretty immersive.

I love playing text games like these, but this game has too much texts, especially when interacting with the caterpillar. That part made me bored, could've been shorter and straight to the point. So I give this 4/5.

All in all the game is amazing with the piano sounds base on the meter of your lith each time you tap the buttons. Amazing touch.

TLDR: You end up in the middle of literally nowhere with a "lith", and considering both of the characters have nothing to do besides each other, you focus on the relationship between the protagonist and the lith.
Overall a simple and fun game with good amount of diversity in your allowed choices and outcomes.

This feels like a blast from the past, but I'm not sure how far back it comes from.

What I do know is that "My Very Own Lith" has similar design inspiration as CoC and TiTS, being a primarily text-based porn game with controls along the top-left row of the keyboard, and having a centralized text window where most of the game's smut takes place. The text is well written, well paced, and works beautifully to drive excitement in the reader's imagination. Furthermore, like CoC and TiTS, you can choose what furry avatar you'd like to screw the cat with, and indeed, being a
    well-hung horse is an option.

Where this differentiates itself from CoC or TiTS is by being written as much smaller and more intimate in scale, focusing exclusively on the relationship you establish between your avatar and your little cat(insert gender) as you fondle and dialogue your way into spankable territory. Furthermore, the setting is far, far less... well, it's literally a white void. There's a strange meta-narrative hidden in the game about the nature of existence and memory, as well as the futility or illusion of choice in a limited existence, but I'd argue that it's all just fluffy set-dressing that the author used to give a change of flavor to the otherwise single-minded focus of the game.

That's to say, the interactive prompts between yourself and the cat. You can kiss, grope, finger, and bend the feline over at your pleasure, but you can also choose how nice you want to be before you do those things. There's even a collar system based on how effectively you explore your relationship with the cat, although there's only three collar possibilities that I'm aware of -- either you treated the cat like an angel, fucked it hard into the ground, or explored both extremes to their ends.

In any case, there are also some images/art pieces that are displayable for some scenes, each one coming from a different artist. The quality is likewise a bit all over the place, but these artistic pieces are completely optional. There's also a cat portrait in the top left corner that works like the classic Doom portrait to show you how the cat is feeling; the artwork for that portrait is consistently nice and very appropriate, often changing depending on how far you scroll down the text through certain scenes. Where the cat might only be biting their lip at the start of a scene, they may be fully ahe gao'd by the end.

All in all, this is a good effort, and is definitely something you could wank it to as long as a cat is fine, too.

A very cute game, but can get depressing from time to time. Played originally on browser, so I don't know exactly how this runs, but it's definitely worth a play for anyone that likes or doesn't mind story.
    Highly recommended.

A really fun game with tons of paths and content that perfectly captures the emptiness it tries to purvey. With multiple paths, achievements, and endings, you should be playing for hours. Furry stuff is usually a big no from me, dawg, but this one hit different.

    5*

the art is good, it helps that some scenes has images to reflect, the customization of lith and the player is aceptable, but the presentation could be better, i nearly lost interest right before getting a collar then jumping trough some doors for plot events. For the tropes and feelings it tries to evoke from YOU, the player... i don't really think it works very well

then you have a ending gated with a in real time conditions with a in real time deadline to finally nail the coffin of a bad decision. Play this if you're bored with some minutes to kill time

Pretty good, a bit confusing to figure out how to make progress but its trial and error, The mod was very useful as well. There isn't any real story, you just click stuff and see what happens, I mean you're probably supposed to read the text but for me it's just too long so I just didn't bother, still pretty good even if I didn't read a single word.

After playing for several hours, I'm not sure whether to be scared or aroused.

Honestly a great text adventure with occasional lovely art. A lot of options (/puzzles?) are downright confusing but the sense of mystery makes the game more interesting.

There's a bit of spooky stuff, though it's mostly pretty hidden.

Easily the best text adventure I have ever played.
You get own lovable and customizable lith, hundreds of possible events and combinations (that will actually be remembered and referenced) and a large number of endings that are influenced by both your major and minor choices through the story.

First, a typical flash game? no, its bigger, more diffrent endings, cheat ( you dont need really)

there are not much pictures to see in the Game, but it makes excited to find more Pics and archievments.

Lilith can made futa girl or male, yourself you can change same way too.

    Quick review:

I love games that put me in the driver's seat as a gropey male dom and this fits the bill. The sounds are cute, the art for Lith is cute, I like the worldbuilding, and there's basically no grind. On the flipside, the art for Lith is pretty inconsistent and the game needs more content. Still one of my favorites!

Admittedly, I only clicked on this link to see what in Hell a "Lith" was... I half expected it to be another incorrectly spelled word and/or poorly translated one and/or re-butchered English-ed. :) It was none of these things.

After reading the synopsis, it seemed worthy of a download, (AND there was the option for a CatGirl- just the Boy, would have been a deal breaker)- and this game is truly worthy of a download. What it lacks in images- it more than makes up for in story, plot, and writing. THIS is how relationship/seduction games should be written-ALL of them. From the apprehensiveness in the beginning, to the introduction, the familiarization, to the teasing/playfulness, the steps where BOTH of you have the option to become incrementally bolder, and all the way up until you consummate your relationship. It can be done in such a way that doesn't feel rushed, forced, or awkward.

This was beautifully and expertly done. It's a slow build like it should be (although, you can take a more forceful route IF romance is totally dead to you- barbarian). Even their little adventures keep you interested and they're thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining. Think of it like an Adults Only Choose Your Own Adventure book (if any of you remember those, or Interplanetary Spy/Time Machine- if you prefer) and you will not be disappointed. The details are so well described, vivid, and fleshed- out (Lol)- someone with the imagination skills of a buttered waffle should still be able to enjoy this story (barbarian). Also, unlike a lot of other branching path games- this one remembers previous choices and they actually affect ongoing and future interactions (I can't even begin to imagine what a nightmare that must have been to code/write.) It's not too far a leap to compare it to an actual AI- Lith learns, remembers, and even initiates actions- were it not for the buttons to select choices- this could probably run on it's own and you could just interact with just as it (he/she) would interact with you.

Hopefully this is still a WIP and the Dev still has plans of adding more content- and hopefully never finishes it. Hold On, I don't mean that in the bad way- it is my sincerest hope that the Dev continues adding content until the sun burns out and the planet dies- I WANT this story to continue, it is already fantastic as it is, BUT it has so much potential to just be an on-going, never-ending story. THIS game is THAT great!

I don't wish to be constructive. MVOLith is a fun game in which you interact with an anthropomorphic cat. It's good. Apparently I need to add more than 200 characters. Hmm... The game is great in that the character that you interact with, (Lith), is extremely customizable! It means the game is great for anyone who doesn't mind anthropomorphic cat creatures. Good story. Great sex scenes, tons of variety, and a dedicated developer. Definitely worth patronizing if you give it a try and enjoy it.

Its the game that got me involved with H games to start. Its got some interesting concepts and characters. Also its can be pretty hot. *shrug* its good porn with a good story and I've been following it for years to see how it ends.
