This was somewhere in the first few NTR visual novels I ever played, many years ago now, and it's set an impression ever since as a favourite 'swapping gone wrong' story. It's a solid slow-burn NTR, pushing through her boundaries every step of the way until she's in too deep to hold herself back. I really like her character design and how the swapping turns toxic and somewhat competitive.

One of the games that started it all. Really great swinging story from ANIM. If you liked later entries, you will like this one.

Also the translation is good quality, so no need to be afraid of word salad.

It's a typical swinging turning to netorare, but it wasn't typical when it first came out - more like it created the entire trope. One con I can mention is that the relationship with the wife isn't very well established unlike some other games in the genre, but she's so cute and hot, and the voice actress slays it, so it doesn't matter that much.
