I remember playing a game (can be played on pc or on Android) where you control two female MC (not at the same time. The story start focusing on one then later on the other).
The game is about sole female being huntress of monster and they need to eradicate them. The huntresses are classed by rank I think (S, A, B,...)
As for the gameplay, it's a 2d rpg with 3d scenes, so it's 3dcg. You encounter monsters. You can focus on Killing them, tease them by being provocative but if you're doing this too much or if you're defeated, they will rape you.
I remember the game starts with one of the two MC being in a Subway and heading towards a motel.
In summary: 3dcg turn based combat game where the girl is being raped by monster when defeated. 2 female MC. They're monster slayers / huntresses
