Played a game a while back that I cannot remember the name of. Starts with a guy on a train or bus that sees a girl and becomes captivated by her. He then proceeds to manipulate three other women in an attempt to get to her by doing things like molesting them on a train or in an elevator. Mechanics include keeping your actions hidden from the public around you, and once you finish it you get a free range mode. Ringing any bells?
