I played it a while back but I can't remember what it was called for the love of me, you played as a guy who was one of few survivors in a dystopian setting, at one point you find a traumatised girl that you can trick into a blowjob but it gives you a bad end. I think you also see like a succubus ghost as a hallunication. Can't remember much more, it was a sandbox game with heavy exploration elements made in ren'py.
