Tags say male protag and the overview makes it seem that it is male protag. But the demo isn't male protag its female protag.

So the game is female protag despite it saying otherwise, there's definitely a rape tag missing, the story is a bit confusing and im not sure if he changes model at some point or if it's supposed to be a different person

Oh boy... It really isn't a bad idea. It has potential. The execution on the other hand feels rushed.
I think I'm getting a feel whar they author is trying to convey with his story, but, to me, it feels horribly rushed. It's going from plotploint straight to plotpoint.

The author
You have a nice story idea here. Take your time to tell it. Just to give an example: We are thrown in to the story with no exposition or background. Try telling: "Who is Natalie" "what's her story so far" "how is she related to other characters and how come?"

I'm intrigued by the idea of the story you're trying to tell (and Sarah Vandella, always piques my interest so you've got that working for you as well)

In short, it's really in your face at the moment. Try to make it more of a storuy with build up and other storytelling techniques. At this point it feels more like an "And then she got this, and then she did that, and then she went there and then this happened.

I know it's hard to tell a story, especially if it's not in your native language (assumption here) but you have a nice story in mind, but at this moment it really doesn't come across as a great one.

Still, I think other users should play this to give some honest feedback.

I just don't get this.....

Why do so many now adays not have the option to turn off volume in the game? Especially in Renpy where there actually is a "mute all" button?
There is a reason for some of us wanting to mute the games so being surprised by loud moans/music out of nowhere is not a good start.

As for the story, I'm confused, are we playing as the man from the beginning or the woman? Is Natalie the young woman on the phone or the midlife woman from the office?

You're using Sarah Vandella and I'm a big fan, she can suck dick like no other. Will keep an eye out for future updates, maybe once we hit 0.8 or something.
