As long as they keep their boobs natural. Reduction is allowed because it still natural in someway, but increasing mean add something unnatural. Career path long or short, no problem at all. This is about natural big boobs after all. Facial surgery isn't problem too, as it has nothing to do with boobs, but maybe ass surgery is a little bit too far as it "one package" with boobs. While the title is natural boobs, it also come with natural ass, IMO.
