To be fair, the game isn’t truly a 1/5 - it has potential - but I’m giving it that score because the current praise it’s receiving is far too generous for what it actually offers.
There’s a clear oversaturation in the genre with poorly executed NTR games that lack any meaningful corruption buildup or solid character development. Because of that, even weak entries tend to be well-received if they simply touch the fetish - which, unfortunately, lowers the bar significantly.
Let’s talk about the engine: yes, the dev may be working with a limited budget, but that’s not a strong excuse when there are plenty of free, robust engines out there. Even something like RPG Maker, unironically, would deliver better performance, cleaner UI, less jank, and more creative freedom. The current engine choice seriously holds the game back.
The worst offender is the resolution. The game runs in 640x480, and when fullscreened on PC, everything gets stretched to hell. It ends up looking and playing terribly. Combat feels completely tacked on and pointless - there’s no real engagement or depth to it.
On the positive side, I genuinely like the premise of the story. There’s clear potential in the concept. The hand-drawn art is also a nice touch, and I appreciate the effort that went into it. With the right engine and a complete overhaul of the game’s structure, this could evolve into something really worthwhile.
As it stands, my honest rating would be a 2/5 - but I’m leaving a 1/5 to offset the inflated ratings and hopefully push the dev to take a serious look at the foundation of the game.
