This game has good bones. A solid concept inspired by good parts of other successful games. It has a relatively light-hearted tone which isn't terribly common in NTR media.
But it's also lacking a lot of polish. The art, the gameplay, even the English - almost every facet of the game desperately needs more attention.
The standing portraits are charming, with an art style that's warm and a little western adult animation-ish. Sex scene graphics are unfortunately no where near the same quality and instead resemble an amateur artist imitating the standing images. It's a jarring step down. I might be less harsh if all the art were of the same style one war or another, but I felt like I got drawn in by the higher quality stuff only to be disappointed.
The gameplay as well has issues. Let me just say I'm perfectly fine with the engine - one of my favorite NTR games ever runs on SRPG engine. But I share the criticisms of some other reviewers - things feel haphazard and not well thought out. Only the player character leveling up, items sold of random quality, controls being unfriendly for single-hand use, and other smaller issues.
I didn't get too far into the game before I dropped it. I completed the first and second quest hub areas after tutorial, so maybe there was gold right after that could have flipped my opinion completely. What I did see of the story was nice and casual. The heroine's sexual progression seemed much too fast paced for my tastes, but that's just my opinion and not necessarily a detractor.
The writing needs a few hefty rounds of proofreading. The English ranges from passable to broken and awkward, skewed heavily towards the latter portion of that spectrum. With neither the art nor the gameplay sufficiently carrying the experience on their own merits, the writing really needed to be smoother to tie things together and it just isn't there.
All in all, when you look past these mostly cosmetic flaws, I can really see the good game the developer wanted to make. I'm looking forward to more from them in the future.
