I'd like to implement a mechanic which would allow the player to interrogate, recruit etc. prisoners that they were able to capture. That way high ranking prisoners could reveal hidden enemy estates on the map, troop movements or things like that.

Hope there's plenty of ways to... "interrogate".
I also see you plan to have some "farming" (for liquids) content

The origin of futanari artwork is a bit of a clusterfuck so there's some debate there as whether it started out as shemale or herm ( bible black certainly isn't the origin, doujinshi are considered to be the origin ) but as to why unrealistic sizes became a thing I think it's fair to attribute it to, at least in part; that the smaller anything is the harder it is to draw and furthermore to put detail into it.

There IS no debate. That just what some people say to justify their butchery of common sense and words.
The oldest examples of doujinshi are all what you'd expect - clit dick, no balls.

Even if my some miracle you were correct and you can find a few examples, how does that help? How would expanding the word futa to cover "anything vaugley female looking with a penis" help with anything? Will it help with clarrity? With filtering? Nope. Now you just created a need to create NEW words to try to distinguish. You already have shemale, dickgirl and trans (among others) as words to use for no-vagina "futa", why the f*** would you need more? Can you tell me another word we could use for the classical, true futa? No? Alas, even if we created it, I'm 100% sure some people would still try to expand it and cram things under it again. So nothing is ganed by it.. nothing.
When people take language too lightly, communication devolves and usabiltiy suffers.

This game is keeping it in border of acceptale range.

Anything bigger than normal human is already extreme.
Baloon tits that would be an absolute nightmare to actually have.
horse dicks that would require your entire bodies blood supply
Balls (yuck) like basketballs that would make even walking difficult.

How did it even come to this? We started with normal, sensible futa (think Bible Black - normal sized clit-dick) that is biologically sensible. Then we got scrotums/balls added that present practical problems (and block the vagina). Then we got a glue-on penis above the clitoris instead of a clit-dick (god only knows how that works. A penis isn't just a flesh tube, it's got bits below the skin). Then we got "futa" (no futa at all) with is big muscular amazon with no vagaina, giant dick and balls - with comments like "I want her to destroy my boipussy". And these people convince themselves they are totally straight.
A slide into ever more extreeme things and ever more removed from the source. Words lost all meaning. Definitions are flexible, which make them useless.

Futanari should absolutely be gatekept as hermaphrodites and the slopification of language prevented. That said it doesn't do us any favors to ignore truth when it is presented to us, some time ago I was in a debate with another user on this forum who provided me with a book about Japanese fetish content from which I summarized the origin of futanari artwork previously:

I didn't say it was the only factor, but it most certainly contributed. As for why heads aren't bigger, this has to do with how artists keep consistent relative size: the head is the base unit for measurement; at least in anime-style artwork.

DUDE. Did you read the entire rest of my statement? By "bigger than normal human" I meant bigger than a HUMAN. The world record is 13 inches. The absolute ridiculousness shown in that image was downright stupid, and would literally shatter pelvises and rupture internal organs. I did not say AVERAGE, I said NORMAL - as in, not crossbred with a fucking ELEPHANT.

I fixed this bug when it was brought up yesterday and it will work as intended in the next version.
As a player there isn't much you can do currently, apart from modding the game / character stats.

Currently only the MC can be a Futa, down the line there will be Futa x Female scenes involving other characters that aren't the MC.
