There are probably lots of games this applies to (e.g., My Dorm, Limitless, the other post mentions Grandma's House, though I've not played it). Perhaps if you narrowed it down you'll have more success - was it Ren'Py, Unity, RPGM etc.? What sort of graphics? What else can you remember from the game - any other characters, what the MC does other than fucking these two black women, what's the overall story or any of the tags you remember, etc.?

MC's childhood friend is a black woman and there are plenty of scenes with her mother (also black) if you chose to date her.
It was for sure renpy,3dcg and its not grandmas house and limitless from what ive seen, i do think the game was a kind of harem one where the mc fucked multiple girls, but i thimk the only black girls where these 2 which im trying to find.
