I've already added it to the Comics Request section, but I'm unsure how to add tags to it as shown in the attached photo. If anyone could guide me through the process, I would greatly appreciate it.

You should have the ability to 'edit' your thread. There should be an option to add the tags you want right there.

Hm - thought that should have been there for you. Best to use the 'report' function then and ping a mod directly that way.
