RPGM Need a translator/image editor

Can somebody please translate these UI images for me? When i try a online image translator it gives me gibberish.
Edit: Bit more info, want them translated to english, and they are from this game here.

can you by chance link me, i think i was on the right link for sukebei but downloaded it and was missing a file i think, failed to load img/titles1/CG00-1a.png i have the locale but doesnt work for this for me at least

I got the same problem, what program do i need to play this? it doesnt work for me. sorry for bothering.-.
