Insexsity, pizza hot, and that's it tbh. If you don't mind stretching away from the 2d art, you could try degrees of Lewdity. It's text based, but with pixel art for sex scenes. If you want something 3d, I suggest Tomie wants to get married. All these are life sims btw, don't worry.

Edit: you could also try wicked whims for the sims 4. It's a sex mod, and as you know, the sims is already pretty fleshed out for a life sim.
