Identify Need help finding a game about conspiracy theory lizard people. (gore, sexual scenes, pixelated)

i saw this game several months ago in here (might have been years by now). it was in constant development, but eventually it disappeared. while the contents of the game might feel tabboo, it's no different than any other game in here where enemies have your way with you if you lose, or when the MC has his way with heroines that he defeats.

The game has high quality pixelated animations. the MC is a conspiracy theorist nutjob who believes that the world is dominated by lizard people. the first enemy you fight is your friend, who comes to your house and tries to knock some sense into you.

As you take the enemy's health, he gets more and more beaten up. eventually it turns out you were right about the lizard people. you and your friend are transported to their place. you search for your friend, only to find him being forcefully used by several lizard women, and when they finish having their way with him, they kill him. you then find a human woman that is more like a slave to the lizard girls. she has the idea of defeating you and bringing you to the lizard women so she could earn their favor, but she deals 0 damage. after you defeat her, you capture her and have your way with her. she then follows you on your journey for revenge against the lizards. i believe the name of the game (or at least the catchprase) is something like "Rape or be Raped".

Too bad I also forgot the title, so I'll help more with detail:
- It was Actually 2D western art, not Pixel. The art are very fitting for bloody scenes.
- The MC wearing a Red Hood Sleeveless Jacket and long jeans, and he is bald with no drawn face on him. Also his bestfriend was Blonde short hair.
- He has a skill to show his dick to stun some enemies. Every skill he use has Animation cutscene of red and black.
- The 1st fight is with his friend in MC House. After MC won, some Lizardman break into his house and Kidnap them both.
- The 2nd fight in Prison with a Lizard wearing Suit, after he taunt by saying the Lizard's Mom had suck Turtle's dick.
- MC found his friend through a jail bar, he is being raped by countless female lizard and injected with some drugs. Later when MC get his way in the jail, His friend talk few word and then his head exploded..
- In future ahead, he eventually fought the Lizard Princess which are Shortstack, I remember he killed her lizard groups men by saying something smart/confusing..

That should ring a Bell for those who had played it before.

Yeah, i don't remember all those details, but it's indeed the same game. It's so weird, that game was constantly receiving updates and suddenly it disappeared. Can't tell if f95zone devs banned the creator or if the creator did everything in his power to delete his presence off the internet. It's like no one remembers him anymore even tho his game looked promising.
