game was most definitely 3d and in this game at some point you go to mc friends house to have a beer and mc friends sister is there with at least one friend(can't remember if there was more) eventually you learn that his sister has always liked the mc and eventually start doing stuff with her don't remember if there was a sex scene with her or not but im almost sure there was a scene of almost getting caught

I think this could be a game Live to Fight because there is such a scenario in it with one of the potential LI.
