I cant remember the name of the game but I remember the Indepth character creator. body, face, piercings, skills, etc. It was largely text based though you did have a visual for your and other characters. I remember you could customize the npcs gender, clothing and stats. You could also change where it was located in the world i thing. I think it had an achievement/progress tracker. You could earn traits. It was very open with what you could do in it. I think it might have been focused around a school but I'm not 100% on that. Id remember the UI in a moment if I saw it. I believe that it also had modding support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
