This is a 3d Renpy game. I think the mc returns home from university. At his home is his dad and new step mom (might be dad's new wife/girlfriend). The MC had a friend at university who is a prince/rich guy from the middle east (You talk to him on the phone).

I hope someone can help identify this game. Thanks in Advance.

Another thing I remembered is that the step mom does yoga with the neighbour (a girl MC's age). There is a sex scene in a clothes shop with a girl who wants you to pay for her clothes.
