So sadly I don't have a lot of information about this game other than it occurs in a 1st person PoV of the male looking at a "younger" female who refers to you as what sounds like "ecka" or something. (the game is in japanese and at the time I remember not finding an english subtitle version.)
The "younger" female provides services for you including fellatio, and riding at different degrees while she adjusts to the feeling she gets more and more into it herself.
I remember the controls having these buttons like a circle, semi circle...etc you had to press kind of in sequence or something? lol
I couldn't read anything so honestly all I did was mash buttons a lot of the time.
All in all it's been a long time since I've seen the game. I do remember the game is animated in a 2D/3D style
