Identify Need Help finding a game

So the game I'm looking for I don't recall perfectly, but I think it is a school-based setting, and there is one scene in particular that I recall. This girl is like possessed or something and she is in some dungeon looking place, and you can either choose for the MC to fuck her or some weird old teacher to fuck her. Im positive it was a 3DCG game and it was animated but I cant recall if there was more NTR scenes in it then that one. But i cant seem to find it and when I post here some one has me covered in less then an hour so rolling the dice to see if anyone can recognize the game im talking about.

It was definitely made in renply. I'm pretty sure it was a Western style as well.
As for the MC and girl appearance I'm not 100% I know the girl was a student and the teacher was like creepy obsessed with her. And I think they may have been in some like pocket dimensions or something. Like if I remember right the school has something happen and they get trapped or something and as they explore the stuff happens, I think there was some cool lady as well that tries to investigate while they are trapped.
And I believe there was some kinda monster girls, like the MC if I recall talked to some girl that just liked to hang out in a coffin or something.
Edit: Im pretty sure the girl was possesed, like she was taken over by something and if the MC wouldnt have sex with her she would let the teacher. I just happen to recall this part.
