Need Help Finding a Game

Hey, there's this game I played but I can't rememeber the name, what I do remember is:
-it's 3dcg game
-it's incest
-at some point in the game you blackmail your sister for smoking
-there's a continuous event where you can play with your other sister in the pool
-you dream about a girl and then you get some powers and the girl becomes real and goes to your school
-at the end of the current part (at least the last time I played) you help someone steal your mother's necklace that has something magical about it
