Why do we dont have a Netori tag yet ?

Hello there pals
I really like Netori (Male cheating on his GF), and is hard as hell to find those games, like i think there is a lot of people who like the cheating tag, but like who is cheating the guy or the girl ? Most of the times is the Girl, being the cheating with us or on us, and i am okay with that but if thats not what i am looking ?
