Seeking Need help finding a game

sometime ago i played a game here that was set in the future where you find a homeless girl and take her home in the game you had a lady friend and both of you worked as engineers/mechanics and you had a goal of building a weapon/gun the game was still in development then and had a name that was along the lines of "city of ..."

no not really i should mention the game was 2D anime style

no it's male protagonist and it's more like a cohabitation game the name having city in it i'm not very sure about
