Main character is male and lives with a girl he sees as his sister, they both have cat ears. He gets a black letter in the mail that when he opens shines brightly. When it's done shining he reads it and it says he was given a house and land, he shows it to his sister and they decide to go to the place. they take a bus to a city near it and plan on taking a cab there, before that can happen the mc meets a woman who is very tall and i believe immediately hugs him because she thinks he's cute. she says she'll take him and lets them stay the night.
