Identify Need help finding a RPGM game

I can not for the life of me remember the game. I used to have it downloaded but it appears to have disappeared when my hard drive crashed. It has a scene in the recollection where it shows you in a dungeon how the over world looks in RPGM. Then after the set up it moves to the CGs. Then text starts up where the heroine gets stuck in a wall then some shotas show up and gangbang her while she is stuck. Ring a bell for anyone?

Seems to me that you're describing a generic gallery room and an equally generic wall fuck scene that many games feature. Are you certain that you can't find it with the filters? If that doesn't help you, try to remember and describe the heroine's appearance, the game's setting, something that's notable and stands out from the rest.
