Identify Need help finding a sci-fi game

I played a game a few months ago it was sci-fi 3d game where you play as a human male the only thing I remember was going down onto a primitive alien planet to negotiate with the queen who you impregnate and you end up starting a relationship with her and she calls you when you're on your ship far away.

You could search with tags 3dcg, male protagonist, sci-fi and maybe pregnancy or 3d game instead of 3dcg. Maybe also exclude some tags. like so.
