Identify Need help finding an old game

Hey all,
been searching a rather old game. Pretty much the standard "landlord" with his "wards" under the same roof. One of his wards is lesbian, dates an ebony girl and at one point forces her to sleep with the main character to make up. The game seriously pushes the limits on many taboos.

Anyone has a clue how it is called? Sorry for not having too many infos.

Unfortunately this game has been banned here for a long time and dev who created this game in Australia has had problems with the law because of this game and was arrested some time ago.
