Need help finding an RPGM game

I vaguely remember the game and only know a few of its mechanics but basically the game is about a Man who has a job and a wife after his work ends he plays an h virtual game that starts fighting an oni and getting skills from water spirits also the art style is pixel

While playing the game u can also increase ur affection with ur wife or other people aswell i think? I didin't managed to finish it

This is the only parts i remember clearly or vaguely

I wish to also find games with similar artstyle and gameplay
