From what I remember, the game was HTML based, although I could be wrong. you could play as one of two characters, one being Elsa Jean and the other being Leanna Lovings. You play as a political activist that has to stop one of three political parties (I remember one being the Beurocratic party, can't remember the rest) from removing women rights, by causing them to fuck and impregnate you, thus subduing them. You had to balance four resources (love, funds, intrigue, and one more) and use them to play cards. You had to subdue random people like journalists and such, because they would grant you resources that you could use to subdue the four members of senate. The game had real porn of Elsa Jean and Leanna Lovings play whenever you played a card.

100% sounds like a Selectacorp game, not that one but it's similar in themes. Apparently this fetishized political sexism is their thing.
Pretty sure it wasn't, from memory it was more like an Eromancer: Lust Unleashed. I'll have a look through all the selectacorp games anyway though, just to be safe.
