Identify Need help finding Pixel Art game

From what I remember the game had a match the direction combat system, a sci-fi theme, and the save points forced the protagonist into a sex scene iirc the first one is a blowjob. I know its a relatively recent game, but I cannot for the life of me remember the plot at all.

Any help finding this game is really appreciated.
