Identify Need help finding RPGM game!!

This is what you should know about the game I'm trying to find:

• MALE PROTAGONIST
• 2DCG
• WAS NOT IN MODERN SETTING
• DOWNLOADED FROM F95

What I remember was that the player was born in a village. I think that we had a crush on the daughter of the village chief (We will call her Jane Doe for our sake) and we grew up with them (80% sure on the "village chief" part but I remember we did have a crush I believe). Then, an aristocrat (I don't know their rank. Maybe a baron, viscount or count?) comes to our village. I don't know why he comes but he wants Jane Doe as his wife (Not 100% sure). We are then at our home and decide to check on Jane Doe, so we go to where she is living. It is currently raining during this time and it is at night!!

We then go climb onto the ladder and go peek in the middle window


A sex scene starts and we see the aristocrat and Jane Doe having sex (or about to have sex?) on a bed (I don't know which position they were in). The aristocrat makes a bet with Jane Doe: every orgasm that Jane Doe has then the tax rate on the village will increase by a certain percentage (Maybe 1% for each orgasm). The scene ends with them continuing to have sex. I'm not sure about this next part but I think we return to our house, heartbroken about what had just happened. When morning arrives, some background characters say that tax has increased by a ridiculous amount but was not put into effect, allowing the tax rate return to normal. After that, I believe that Jane Doe had gone with the aristocrat as their wife & left us and the village behind.

P.S. I had not finished the game and this scene should be in the intro or beginning of the game.
