The plot of the game is you awake in the hospital after an accident and find out you have an ability with your eyes or something. Part of the story is your dad died and was very secretive and made a hidden room in your house. Another part is the family next door is either a yokai or some fantasy creature as are you. It is a 3dcg game with a milf in the house you are in. If I remember correctly you can watch her do yoga and have a shower.
