Need help fixing bug with old game

Hello! There is a game called "You and Me and Her" that I'm trying to play but each time I run the application the game launcher shows up and when I click start the screen goes black and then crashes.

I searched up the "MaxSecure" virus and found this thread on reddit

im gonna wait a bit and use Malwarebytes to scan it and then try. thank you
