You are also talking to your criminal business partner before it happens about it. This was the only(or 2) sex scene with this wife and the game doesn't revolve around her.

You can choose to be gentle or rough with her, anal and male domination were part of it with the husband outside the room having to witness it, wife eventually ends up liking it.

It's a 3dcg renpy visual novel game, with normal human proportions and not cartoony or anime.

I just downloaded it, scanned through all the images of the chapters. The lady is too busty, seems to be older, and other men are present during it naked, the MC is also a little too old. Those would be the differences.
