I'm trying to find this game I played a while ago, one of the parts I remember is the MC visiting this sort of winter cabin, where a mother, husband and daughter live.
Basically both mother and daughter are throwing themselves at the MC, and also there's a particular scene where MC, daughter and mother get stuck in a blizzard and find shelter together.
At the end of this instance you also get the "option" to choose between mother or daughter as they both invite you to have sex during the night.
