I don't recognise the first clothing item but it could be any of 100s of similar items on renderosity / daz stores.
Google images "find source" led me to this link which has the uncropped image:
and this shows the watermark is for artist "tb25".
they have a deviantart page:
which then links to pixiv, slushe, and patreon pages.
I suggest you use one of those ways to contact the creator to ask what the clothing item is.
