Need help identifying this office/lobby please

Hi to all the helpful members here.

I was hoping someone could identify this environment please. I have spent hours searching for it, so I didn't waste anyones time, but all that resulted is a few extra grey hairs from frustration. It is in a few AVNs, The Roommate and Luke's Way to name a couple.

You are awesome. Thanks so much. I searched every page of "asset-environment" and didn't see it. Though after 49 pages, my eye sight wasn't really the best. LOL

It's been featured in a LOOOOOOOOT of games. Almost as bad as the generic FG coffeeshop and that clothing store.

You know you spend too much time messing with daz assets when you can name half the stuff you see in random games.
