Identify Need help looking for a game. Witch, ghost, potion etc.

I remember it was about a young witch/magician girl that you could customize that would sneak down into the potion room or something, and you were playing as a ghost that was haunting said room. You could touch her and eventually have sex with her, etc. It ends with the girl implied to sneaking into the room more.

It was on itch.io when I found it but I can't find it anymore. Please help me find it!
