Its a game where you start off in a town with a girl (that is researching the town?) as your first companion. the game starts by you being in a dungeon and meeting a succubus at the end of the dungeon and she level drained you.
At night, if you didnt have sex for the day, the succubus will come and do level drain in your dream and you can buy stuff from her using sex points. i also remember that you can trigger an affection(?) mode while dungeon crawling with your companion to trigger a hscene. i cant quite remember the combat but it was pretty basic.
it should be a rpgm or vn, or a weird mix of both, since you are only moving in dungeons, and in town map you are moving selecting from list.
